Return to St Abb’s... quacking good show!

Well I’ve just moved back into the lighthouse at St Abb’s Head. What can I say... it's pretty chilly!

Had a quick walk around the reserve today and very little seems to be happening in terms of migration... or in terms of spring in fact! The best I could manage was a couple of Woodcock and the male Scaup, which has been on the loch for a while. Still, the seabirds are building up just offshore and things are set for a fine season... if a little late.

Happy Quacking!
